Hi, my name is Vicky and I am an experienced Virtual Administrator and Association Manager based in Hampshire, UK. 

For more than 15 years, I have been providing administrative support to busy individuals and businesses in a variety of sectors. The roles I have held include being PA to a company buyer for a large Garden Centre and working as a HR Administrator for the Metropolitan Police and London Fire Brigade.
 

In my most recent role as a Senior Association Manager for a large marketing and events company, I acted as a PA for several UK and global clients consecutively, managing their head office and all secretariat functions in a virtual capacity. This enabled me to arrange and attend meetings all over the world, to deliver numerous online webinars and training events, and to ensure the governance of each association was upheld. I also gained valuable experience in supporting the members of each organisation, dealing with day to day enquiries and designing strategies to retain and grow membership. I gained vast experience in inbox management, diary management and prioritising tasks, as well as researching and booking travel and accommodation and processing expense claims.

Throughout my career, I have developed a passion for supporting busy individuals and organisations, giving them more time to focus on their professional and personal goals. That’s why In 2024 I decided to offer Virtual Admin Services for business owners and support for Associations in a freelance capacity. I currently work with a Global Governance Association and also with several small businesses, including a doggy day-care & walking service and a mobile hair stylist! No job or business is too small – if it’s important to you, it’s important to me.

My journey so far has taught me to be adaptable, resilient, self-sufficient, meticulous and discreet. I possess great organisation and communication skills and like nothing more than using my skills to help others succeed.
